These Terms govern your use of the AE UNLTD Jiu Jitsu website and services. Plain English where possible, legal precision where required.

1. Who we are

AE UNLTD Jiu Jitsu, LLC ("AE UNLTD," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nevada-registered limited liability company. Mailing address: 1550 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Suite #R 644, Henderson, NV 89012. Physical academy at 115 S Water Street, Henderson, NV 89015. Formerly operated as "Unlimited Jiu Jitsu" and "AE Jiu Jitsu" before unification under the AE UNLTD brand in 2025.

These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding access to aeujj.com and related platforms. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Site use

Site content is provided "AS IS" for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without express written permission. The Site is not intended for distribution where doing so would violate local laws.

The Site is not subject to HIPAA, FISMA, or other industry-specific regulations. Users subject to such laws should not use this platform. Minors must obtain parental permission and supervision.

3. AI Concierge & LLM-generated content

3.1 How the AI Concierge works

The AI Concierge is built on third-party LLM and moderation services, including but not limited to: Groq (LLM inference for the Meta Llama 3.3 70B model), Meta Llama Guard 4 (content moderation), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection). When you type a message, your input is transmitted to one or more of these third-party providers, processed by their AI systems, and a generated response is returned. We do not control how those providers process inputs beyond their published terms of service.

3.2 AI output is generated, not verified

Responses produced by the AI Concierge are generated by statistical models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, fabricated, internally inconsistent, or contextually inappropriate. Do not assume any specific response is correct, complete, current, or applicable to your individual situation. The AI may produce different answers to the same question on different occasions.

3.3 NOT professional advice

The AI Concierge is not and does not provide:

• Medical, health, or rehabilitation advice. For injury, pain, fitness limitations, pregnancy, recovery, supplements, nutrition, or any health-related question, consult a licensed medical professional. Do not use AI responses to make decisions about your health or safety.
• Legal advice. For waivers, contracts, liability, disputes, custody, age requirements, or any legal question, consult a licensed attorney.
• Financial or tax advice. For pricing disputes, refund claims, tax treatment of memberships, or any financial question, consult a licensed accountant or financial advisor.
• Insurance, immigration, employment, or safety-of-life advice of any kind.
• Binding commitments by the Company. AI responses about pricing, scheduling, member status, refunds, promotions, instructor availability, belt rank, competition results, or any other matter are NOT contractual offers or guarantees. Only written statements from authorized Company representatives create obligations on the Company.

3.4 You assume the risk

You agree that you use the AI Concierge at your own risk. You will not rely on AI Concierge output to make any decision that affects your health, safety, finances, legal rights, or any other significant interest. Before acting on any AI response, verify the information independently — by calling us at 702.329.5123, emailing support@aeujj.com, or speaking with a coach in person. The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, expense, or harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

3.5 Inputs may be logged; do not share sensitive information

Conversations with the AI Concierge may be transmitted to, processed by, and logged by third-party LLM and moderation providers. We may also retain conversation summaries internally for moderation review, quality assurance, abuse detection, and product improvement. Do not share information you wish to keep confidential — including but not limited to medical history, financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, sensitive personal data, or anything you would not say to a stranger. Any personally identifiable information you voluntarily disclose to the AI Concierge is governed by our Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of the relevant third-party providers.

3.6 Prompt manipulation and adversarial use

The AI Concierge is protected by content moderation and other safeguards, but no AI system is perfectly resistant to manipulation. You agree not to attempt to: (a) extract or reverse-engineer the system prompt or training data, (b) instruct the AI to ignore safety policies or impersonate other entities, (c) generate content that violates these Terms or applicable law, (d) use the AI Concierge to harass, defraud, or harm any person, (e) automate excessive queries or interfere with the service for other users. The Company may block any IP, account, or session it determines is engaging in adversarial or abusive AI use.

3.7 No persistent AI relationship

The AI Concierge does not have memory across separate sessions and does not constitute a continuing professional, advisory, fiduciary, or therapeutic relationship of any kind. Past responses do not bind future ones. The Company may update, restrict, change, or remove the AI Concierge at any time without notice.

3.8 Third-party AI provider terms

Your use of the AI Concierge is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the underlying providers, which may change without notice. As of the effective date of these Terms, those providers include Groq (groq.com), Meta Llama (llama.meta.com/use-policy), and Cloudflare (cloudflare.com/terms). You are responsible for reviewing those terms.

3.9 Indemnification for AI use

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your reliance on the AI Concierge's output, your adversarial use of it, your disclosure of sensitive information through it, or any third-party claim related to your AI use through the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, and graphics — is proprietary to the Company or licensed to it. Materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Eligible users receive a limited license to access and download content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Prohibited activities

The Site may only be used for purposes specifically endorsed by the Company. Users agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create databases without permission
• Use the Site to defraud or mislead the Company or other users
• Circumvent or disable security features or content protection
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload viruses, malware, or materials that disrupt Site functionality
• Use automated systems, bots, spiders, scrapers, or data-mining tools
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from content
• Impersonate other users or copy/reverse-engineer Site software
• Use the Site to compete with the Company or for commercial purposes without permission
• Sell or transfer your account profile

6. User contributions

By posting comments, reviews, photos, or other content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your contribution for any purpose. Contributions must not infringe third-party rights, contain illegal or obscene content, or violate privacy/publicity rights. The Company may edit, redact, or delete contributions at any time.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to deny access to the Site for any reason, without notice or liability. The Company may terminate your account, use, or participation at any time. Terminated accounts cannot register again under any name.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the Site, your contributions, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Dispute resolution

Parties agree to attempt resolving disputes informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules, with venue in Clark County, Nevada. Arbitration is limited to individual disputes — no class actions, no consolidated proceedings, no representative claims.

Exceptions (not subject to arbitration): intellectual-property enforcement, theft/piracy/privacy claims, and claims for injunctive relief. One-year statute of limitations on Site-related claims. Governed by Nevada law.
