How AE UNLTD Jiu Jitsu, LLC handles cancellations and refunds for memberships, drop-ins, private lessons, and merchandise.
Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by submitting a written request through the member portal at aeujj.gymdesk.com or by emailing support@aeujj.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months — the remaining days of your current month stay active so you can keep training.
Prepay memberships (4-month and 11-month) are non-refundable once activated, but can be paused for up to 90 days for medical leave, military deployment, or other documented hardship. Contact us with documentation to start a pause.
The Free Multi-Day Trial has no cost and therefore no refund. If you reserved a trial but can't attend, just let us know — we'll reschedule.
All merchandise sales are final. AE UNLTD operates a zero-return policy on merchandise purchased through our shop — including gis, rashguards, apparel, accessories, and any other physical goods.
This means no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds on merchandise once the order is placed, regardless of whether the item has been worn, washed, or remains unopened in its packaging. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions — defective product on arrival: if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g. broken stitching, wrong size shipped, mislabeled product), email support@aeujj.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Defects caused by use, washing, or normal wear are not covered.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@aeujj.com within 30 days of the charge so we can resolve it directly. We always prefer to fix it ourselves before any third-party chargeback process.
