1. Who we are
AE UNLTD JIU JITSU, LLC ("AE UNLTD," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website aeujj.com and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located at 115 S Water Street, Henderson, NV 89015. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, inquire about classes, sign up for a trial, or become a member.
By using our website or services, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
Request a free trial or pricing sheet — name, email, phone number, and any notes you include.
Send a contact or general inquiry form — name, email, phone, and your message.
Sign up for membership — information required to set up your account and billing, including name, date of birth, emergency contact, payment details, and medical notes relevant to safe training (collected and processed through our membership platform, GymDesk).
Enroll a minor — parent or guardian contact information, the child's name and age, and guardian consent.
When you visit the website, certain information is logged automatically by our servers and third-party services:
IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type, operating system, and device information
Pages viewed and how you arrived at our site (referrer URL)
Date and time of your visit
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from business partners we use to run the academy — for example, our membership platform (GymDesk) when you sign up or check in, and payment processors for billing. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or financial account numbers outside of what's required to securely process a membership payment. Payment card data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor and is not stored on our servers.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries, schedule trial classes, and send requested information (such as the pricing sheet)
Create and manage your membership, process payments, track attendance, and communicate about your account
Keep you informed about schedule changes, events, belt promotions, and academy news
Follow up with leads who requested information or completed a trial (email or phone — you can opt out at any time)
Maintain facility safety, including visitor logs and video surveillance of public academy areas
Understand how our website is used and improve it
Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited cases below:
Service providers we rely on to operate the academy. These include our membership platform (GymDesk), payment processors, email delivery services, cloud hosting, website analytics, and similar providers. These partners receive only the information they need to perform their role and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AE UNLTD, our members, or the public.
Business transfers. If AE UNLTD is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the website.
5. Children's privacy
Our programs serve students as young as three years old, so we take children's privacy seriously.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online without a parent's or guardian's consent.
Enrollment for minors is completed by a parent or guardian, who provides the child's name, age, and emergency information, and signs any required waivers.
We do not use information collected about minors for targeted advertising.
Parents or guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us at info@aeujj.com.
This policy is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by browsers that support them.
