• Sign up for membership — information required to set up your account and billing, including name, date of birth, emergency contact, payment details, and medical notes relevant to safe training (collected and processed through our membership platform, GymDesk).
• Enroll a minor — parent or guardian contact information, the child's name and age, and guardian consent.

These include our membership platform (GymDesk), payment processors, email delivery services, cloud hosting, website analytics, and similar providers. Our programs serve students as young as three years old, so we take children's privacy seriously.
