Refund & Cancellation Policy

AE UNLTD JIU JITSU, LLC (previously Unlimited Jiu Jitsu, LLC) memberships are billed monthly and auto‑renew on the 1st of each month unless canceled with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. All membership fees, including monthly dues, prepaid plans, promotional memberships, and enrollment fees, are non‑refundable once charged, and no refunds or credits are issued for partial or unused months.

To cancel or freeze a membership, members must submit written notice via email to support@aeujj.com at least 30 days before the next billing date; memberships remain active and billable during this 30‑day notice period. This cancellation and freeze policy applies equally to standard, prepaid, and promotional memberships, including any promotional offers that convert to standard monthly billing if not canceled with the required notice.

Payments for drop‑in classes, class packages, seminars, private lessons, and merchandise are also non‑refundable once purchased, but may be rescheduled or transferred only at the sole discretion of AE UNLTD JIU JITSU, LLC. Any exceptions (such as significant medical issues documented by a physician) are rare, evaluated case‑by‑case, and may result in a time‑limited training credit rather than a monetary refund.

Effective November 1, 2025, a 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions; members may avoid this fee by paying via ACH or cash before the due date, as described in the Membership Agreement. By purchasing a membership, package, or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Membership Agreement, and all posted billing terms.
